Our house is perfect for families.  We have 5 bedrooms, 4 ensuite, an open plan kitchen, living, and dining room.  Handy for big meals, board games, and movies in front of the fire.  Enjoy the view with your coffee, tea, or cocktails on the front patio.

About Pairc An Dreolin

Location

Pairc An Dreolin (Field of the Wren) is located in the picturesque village of Caherdaniel on the Ring of Kerry.  It sits on our 75 acre family farm and looks over Kenmare Bay.  Rath Beach is a 10 minute walk and there are restaurants and pubs within a mile of us.

House Amenities

Fees include all utilities, wifi, cleaning fee, and linens including beach towels. We have a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, dining for 10, washer/dryer, high chair, travel cot, patio furniture, gas BBQ, and kayaks.  Indoor entertainment includes  satellite TV, DVD library, board games, and toy box with children's movies for rainy days!

Caherdaniel is a great home base for exploring around our area.  There are many towns and sites to visit anywhere from 10 minutes to an hour away. 

Availability

Pairc An Dreolin is available to rent year round. Weekly Saturday to Saturday rental is available in high season from end of June through end of August.  Low season is a 3 night minimum.  Please email us at heidi@kerryvacationhouse.com for rates and availability.

Dark Skies in Caherdaniel

Caherdaniel is part of the Kerry International Dark Sky Reserve, the first named in the northern hemisphere.  The reserve includes the Iveragh Penninsula on which we sit and due to the locals' work to protect against light pollution you can enjoy  incredible star gazing.

Fun Fact

"Star Wars, The Force Awakens" was partly filmed on the Skellig Islands which you can see from the top of our mountain!
